How to Exhibit

The Association for Event Organisers has launched FaceTime. The marketing body for the live events industry, set up to help customers harness the power of live events to drive sales, enhance customer relationships and deliver customer insight. FaceTime champions best practice in the live events industry, builds insight into the medium through market-leading research and promotes its unique qualities with the goal of growing the sector.

"Face Time just felt right as the name for the new marketing body as it perfectly represents live events' USP of giving brands and businesses the personal touch," said Face Time CEO Austen Hawkins.

"The speech bubble logo acts as a visual reminder that in a digital age there is nothing so powerful as face-to-face communication."

FaceTime emphasises the significant role exhibitor's play in their success at an exhibition and offer tips towards this. Here are a few:

4. Order hand held scanners for your stand to ensure that you remember each sales lead that visits your stand and save the time and hassle of typing up business card data. At the end of each day or post event receive a list of leads emailed to you.
