Powder consumables based on Ni, Co and Fe, including self fluxing grades and carbides are available. As an independent supplier the range of particle size intervals is suitable for all makes and models of powder welding, flame spraying, HVOF, plasma, PTA and laser cladding equipment. Knowledge of our products is the firm base from where we extend our understanding to include powder behaviour in the gun, deposition finish and glass mould environment demands. Our well equipped application laboratories evaluate both thermal spray and welding to optimize the deposition parameters. Our technical support teams have hands-on experience and are well prepared to solve your problems. Supported by our extensive chemical, physical and metallographic laboratory experts the root cause of problems can be identified and corrected.
