Get attention - don't rely on customers finding you!
Recent industry research shows that 83% of the most successful exhibitors at events were those that took the trouble to mail their prospects and clients before a show (source: CEIR). It costs five times more to get a new customer than it does to keep an existing one - so make sure your customers know you are taking part in Glassman Turkey 2011. You can do this by:

  • Sending out regular email communications. Include the exhibition logo, panel and/or banner; available to download below. You could also forward on the visitor promotional emails sent out by the organisers.
  • Advertising in the Show Catalogue. Many customers will receive a copy of the catalogue before the event, refer to it during the show and use it constantly as a source of reference long after. By including the exhibition logo and your stand number on your advertisements you can drive extra visitors to your stand and generate additional interest in your company and products.   • Using the show logo in all of your marketing communications. Include it on your website, letterhead, adverts, emails signatures, and promotional brochures so customers know you are at the event and they can find you there.

Personally invite those who are important to your business
As well as promoting Glassman Turkey 2011 to thousands of glass professionals, we will be sending out visitor tickets to you to send to clients and prospects. Make sure you personally invite your customers. It is a nice touch and lets them know they are important to you.
