Glassman Trends Conference

The Glassman conference, on Tuesday 17 September 2019, will address the latest trends in glassmaking with high-level international speakers sharing their expertise. The conference will run alongside the exhibition and is free to attend for all visitors to the event.

Is glass the answer to increased opposition to plastic?

This year the programme will address the debate on how the glass industry can help to reduce the reliance on single-use plastic. Glass is unique in its ability to be 100% recyclable. As the war on plastic wages on, Glassman Europe will address how the glass industry can innovate and overcome barriers to switching to container glass as an alternative to the thousands of tons of plastics created every day.

Make sure you register now for this conference to be part of the debate.
